By accessing or using DTechCar.com, submitting a vehicle listing, or contacting sellers through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable motor vehicle regulations of West Bengal and the Republic of India.
2. Listing Guidelines for Sellers
- Accurate Representation: Sellers must provide truthful vehicle details regarding make, model, registration year, odometer reading, and mechanical condition.
- Ownership & Authorization: Sellers must be the legal owner of the vehicle or an authorized West Bengal dealer representing the registered owner.
- Photographs: Images uploaded must be of the actual vehicle offered for sale. Stock images of brand-new vehicles are not permitted.
- Prohibited Vehicles: Stolen vehicles, blacklisted vehicles with pending police cases, hypothecation defaults without NOC, or vehicles condemned under RTO scrapping norms are strictly prohibited.
3. Advisory for Buyers
Buyers are strongly advised to inspect the vehicle physically, take a test drive, and verify all vehicle registration documents (RC Smart Card, Insurance Certificate, Pollution Under Control Certificate, and Bank NOC if applicable) before making financial transactions.
4. Modifications to Service
DTechCar reserves the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any listing that violates our standards or fair-dealing policies without prior notice.
