Kawasaki India Motors has officially revealed the new model of its popular Ninja 300 motorcycle for the year 2025. The ex-showroom price of the new Ninja 300 is ₹ 3.43 lakh, and it offers a few new features as well as updates in its looks, while the reliable engine and performance remain the same.

For 2025, the Kawasaki Ninja 300 gets some minor but noticeable cosmetic changes. The bike now comes with a larger windscreen, which protects riders from wind at higher speeds or during long rides on the highway. Another significant change is that the bike now comes equipped with a better-performing projector headlight, which significantly enhances the bike’s appearance and nighttime visibility. The headlight also received design tweaks, taking inspiration from their larger superbikes, so the Ninja 300 now has a more premium look and sporty feel. Furthermore, the bike now has new tyre designs, which are expected to provide better grip and handling on Indian roads.

With the Kawasaki 2025 Ninja 300 edition, Kawasaki has added three new colour variations: Lime Green, Candy Lime Green and Metallic Moondust Grey. These new colours will help in enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of the bike while expanding the preferences available to buyers.

The bones of the Ninja 300 remain unchanged; mechanically, it remains the same as before. It still features the dependable 296cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine that produces 39 PS and 26.1 Nm of torque. A 6-speed transmission with a slipper clutch is standard, which facilitates smoother gear shifts and helps mitigate wheel lock during aggressive downshifting. The bike’s soft performance and sporty character make the Ninja 300 a renowned name among younger demographics and enthusiasts looking to step up from smaller bikes.

The chassis, suspension and brakes of the motorcycle are still the same, meaning those who enjoyed previous versions of the Ninja 300 will still be in familiar territory regarding riding experience. The bike still offers a comfortable yet sporty riding stance, making it suitable for both daily rides and commutes, as well as weekend rides.

Across Kawasaki dealerships in India, deliveries for the 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 300 will start in early June 2025. Competing in the segment with well-known counterparts like the Yamaha R3 and the KTM RC 390, the bike will also be heavily targeted at South Asian markets, where sports bike enthusiasts are abundant.

To summarise, the 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 300 features a new headlight, windscreen, and tyre design while retaining the same reliable engine. Its sporty design and performance, alongside the new colour options, make the Ninja 300 a preferred choice for buyers looking for stylish and dependable sports bikes in the ₹3-4 lakh range in India.
